Andrea Phillips

Andrea Phillips has extensive work experience as an employment counsel and chief counsel in the field of labor and employment management. Andrea began their career at Rolls-Royce in 2000, where they held the role of Chief Counsel, Litigation and Employment, Americas. In this role, they were responsible for driving and monitoring labor employment guidelines and contract structures as the organization expanded into new regions. Andrea also provided advice to senior leaders on HR matters and managed a team consisting of an ethics officer, employment counsel, paralegals, and staff. In 2023, Andrea joined Progress as the Director of Global Employment Counsel.

Andrea Phillips completed their Bachelor's Degree from Oberlin College, attending from 1986 to 1990. Andrea later earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Harvard Law School, studying there from 1990 to 1993.
