Ani Girgitsova-Dimitrova

Ani Girgitsova-Dimitrova is a seasoned professional in talent enablement and management, currently serving as the Talent Enablement Director at Progress since May 2013. In this role, Ani leads a team focused on global processes and strategies for talent management, career development, and team enablement. Previous positions include Senior Manager of Talent Management, where responsibilities included overseeing global performance management initiatives and contributing to Inclusion and Diversity efforts, and establishing the Culture and Engagement role at Progress. Ani holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and Psychology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Additionally, Ani possesses various industry certifications in coaching, change management, and leadership assessment.
