Arun Joy

Arun Joy is currently working at Progress as a Principal Software Engineer since August 2022. Previously, from September 2021 to August 2022, they worked at WhiteHat Jr as an Architect. Prior to that, from June 2016 to January 2022, they held the position of Principal Engineer at Software AG. From March 2013 to May 2016, they worked at Cisco Video Technologies as a Technical Architect, and from April 2011 to March 2013, they served as a Sr. Technical Leader. Before that, they were a Technical Leader at Cisco Video Technologies from December 2007 to June 2011. Arun also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at RM Education Solutions India from February 2005 to July 2007 and as a Software Engineer at Tata Elxsi from May 2004 to January 2005.

Arun Joy obtained a BSC in Maths from Mahatma Gandhi University from 1997 to 2000. Arun later pursued an MSC degree in Information Technology from Annamalai University from 2005 to 2007. Arun also holds additional certifications, including the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. and the shaping-up-with-angular-js certification from Code School.
