Carol Osborne has extensive experience in technical support, accumulated over several decades in the industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Technical Support at Progress since January 1995, Carol has also held positions as Technical Support Manager and Principal Technical Support Engineer/Team Leader. Prior to joining Progress, Carol worked at Hewlett-Packard from 1983 to 1995 in various roles related to technical support and customer service. Carol holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
