Catherine Galica

Catherine Galica has extensive experience in technical support, with over 30 years in the field. Currently, Catherine serves as VP of Technical Support at Progress, a position held since October 2007, following a progression from Senior Director to Director of Technical Support. Prior to Progress, Catherine worked at PTC as Director of Windchill Technical Support and held various roles at other companies including ComputerVision, Prime Computer, and Teledyne Engineering Services. Catherine began a career in technical support after earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and continued education at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
