Diane Murray is an experienced professional with a strong background in account management and customer success, currently serving as Director of Global Key Accounts & Customer Success at Progress since June 1997. Diane's career includes roles such as Regional Sales Manager for Enterprise Applications and DXP in the UK&I, Regional Sales Manager for Partners in the UK&I, Enterprise Account Manager, and Partner Account Manager. Prior to Progress, Diane worked at Computer Associates as a Customer Service Representative from January 1989 to June 1997. Recently, Diane completed a degree in Digital Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing at Farnborough College of Technology in June 2023, and also attended Langley College of Further Education from 1984 to 1985.
