Divyatheja P

DivyaTheja P has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies.

In 2008, DivyaTheja started as an intern at Progress, where they gained initial exposure to the industry. They then moved on to work as a Software Engineer I and II from 2009 to 2012, before being promoted to Senior Software Engineer I from 2012 to 2014.

In 2014, DivyaTheja became a Principal Software Engineer I in Test, working on a product that converted desktop GUI apps to modern HTML5 web apps. They also wrote whitepapers on CI/CD and ABLUnit testing framework during this role.

From 2015 to 2017, DivyaTheja served as a Principal Software Engineer II, primarily developing an application called ABLDojo and implementing a test framework reporting system for automation tools.

In 2018, DivyaTheja joined Cognizant as a Progress Lead Developer, where they worked on the MCS Enrollment project for a major healthcare client. They led a team of 10, both offshore and onsite, and implemented features related to responsible party changes issued by the government.

Returning to Progress in 2020, DivyaTheja took on the role of Principal SDET II until 2021, before being promoted to Principal SDET III. These roles involved significant responsibilities related to software development and quality assurance.

DivyaTheja P completed an MCA degree in Computer Applications from Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Science, JNTU, from 2005 to 2008. In addition, they have obtained various certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc., including Certified SAFe 5 DevOps Practitioner and SAFe 4 Certified Practitioner.
