Donicello Lampe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Technical Support Engineer at Progress since September 2001, Donicello leads a team to deliver world-class support for SQL-92, SOAP Web Services, REST Services, Progress AppServer (PASOE), .NET/Java Open Client, internationalization, and security. Previous roles at Progress include Technical Support Manager and Principal Technical Support Engineer. Prior to Progress, Donicello worked as a Network Engineer at KPMG and a Technical Specialist at Teldata Network Support, in addition to early roles related to VoIP services and data analysis research. Donicello holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Netherlands Antilles and completed a diploma at Radulphus College. Further education was pursued at LOI from 2014 to 2016.
