Dustin Grau

Dustin Grau has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dustin started their career at American Home Mortgage as a Programmer/Consultant, providing expertise in web-based application development. Dustin then joined BravePoint, Inc. as a Senior Consultant, where they worked on various projects across industries such as logistics, banking, manufacturing, and healthcare. In 2010, Dustin started their own photography business, Dustin Grau Photography, focusing primarily on concert and live event photography. Later, they transitioned to the role of Principal Solutions Consultant at Progress Software, where they worked closely with customers on high-stakes projects, leveraging their extensive experience to provide insights and support. Dustin eventually became a Principal Consultant and then a Principal Software Engineer at Progress, continuing to prioritize customer success and addressing enhancements in the OpenEdge product line.

Dustin Grau earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as the Certified SAFe 6 Product Owner/Product Manager from the Scaled Agile Professional Certification Program and the Scrum Master Certificate of Proficiency from Scrum Inc., in 2023 and 2020 respectively.
