Gary Smith

Gary Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract renewals and customer advocacy. Currently serving as the Director of Renewals at Progress since December 2013, Gary has held multiple roles within the company, including Senior Manager of Contract Renewals and Customer Advocacy. Prior to Progress, Gary worked at Sprint from April 2007 to October 2013 as a Contract Renewals Specialist and Implementation Specialist II. Gary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned between 1999 and 2003.
