Hui Chen is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development, quality assurance, and cloud services. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer in Test at Progress since February 2019, Hui Chen focuses on writing tests for the OpenEdge database. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made at Cisco from October 2000 to December 2018, including the development of web services for the Cisco Cloud-based Customer Journey Platform, RESTful APIs for the Cisco Cloud-based Context Service, and backend services for the Cisco Packaged Contact Center Enterprise.
