Ilian Iliev

Ilian Iliev is a Senior Director of Software Engineering at Progress, where since February 2016, Ilian has led a team of approximately 80 professionals and overseen the development of various software solutions, including Telerik Reporting and Fiddler. Prior roles at Progress include directing teams focused on Kinvey and NativeChat, establishing R&D teams in Sofia, and managing end-to-end product development and customer escalations. Experience also includes leading a global technical support team and managing engineering efforts for Telerik Platform. Ilian's career began as a Developer Trainee at Telerik before progressing through various technical roles. Ilian holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems from the Technical University of Sofia.
