Irfan Syed

Irfan Syed is a highly experienced QA professional with a career spanning over a decade, currently serving as a Senior QA Architect at Progress since December 2010. Previous roles at Progress include Principal Engineer in Test and Senior Software Engineer in Test, focusing on AppServer and Adapter level testing for OpenEdge. Irfan also held the position of QA Architect at Progress Software Corporation from February 2015 to January 2021, contributing to the OpenEdge product. Earlier experience includes working as a SOA Test Analyst for Barclays Project at Mahindra Satyam, a Software Test Analyst at Dubai Customs, and a Software Test Engineer at Satyam Computer Services Limited. Irfan holds an Electronics and Communication degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, along with an earlier BTECH degree in the same field from the same institution, and completed an Intermediate in Physics, Science, and Maths at Sidharta College.
