Jan Pazdera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and architectural leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Architect and Head of Flowmon Architecture at Progress since January 2021, Jan drives architecture evolution and leads technical teams towards engineering excellence. Prior to this role, Jan held key positions at Flowmon Networks from August 2009 to December 2020, including Director of Software Development and R&D Department Leader, where significant contributions were made in scaling engineering teams and adopting Agile methodologies. Earlier career ventures included positions as a Senior Developer at INVEA-TECH and VHDL Programmer at companies such as CESNET and Liberouter. Jan earned a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Brno University of Technology and an MBA from the University of Applied Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
