Jim Miles is an experienced professional with a background in sales and account management, currently serving as the Director of North American ISVs at Progress since 2009. In this role, Jim manages account managers and sales engineers to support the organization's largest revenue stream, while developing and executing go-to-market strategies that address the technical needs of the Independent Software Vendor community. Previously, Jim held positions including Director of Global Accounts, Sales Manager for North American Indirect Sales, and Strategic Account Executive at Progress, along with a series of OEM Account Manager roles at DataDirect Technologies, MERANT, and Intersolv. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
