Jonathan Ong is an experienced user experience professional with a strong background in design and development spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of User Experience at Progress since October 2020, Jonathan has previously held various roles, including Principal User Experience Designer and Senior User Experience Designer at the same company. Prior experience includes the role of Senior UI/UX Designer at Chef (formerly Opscode) from January 2012 to October 2020, and Senior Designer at Marchex from July 2008 to January 2012.
