Kimberly Daly

Kimberly Daly currently serves as the VP of HR Business Partners for the Americas at Progress, where leadership includes a team of US-based HR directors supporting C-suite executives and regional HR partners. Previous roles include Senior Director of People Strategy and Director of Human Capital, where Kimberly managed HR operations across regions, including APJ with teams in India. Prior experience includes Director of Human Resources at ClickSoftware, where Kimberly led HR strategy during the company's acquisition by Salesforce, and roles at Rocket Software and Cambridge Isotope Laboratories, focusing on global HR partnerships and organizational development. Additionally, Kimberly has experience from EMC's RSA division and IBM, contributing to HR strategies for extensive engineering organizations. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Lesley University.
