Krystal Gillis possesses extensive experience in order management and customer service, currently serving as an Order Management Representative at Progress since May 2019. Prior to this role, Krystal worked as an Order Entry/Billing/Collections Specialist at Ipswitch, Inc. from July 2018 to May 2019, where responsibilities included processing domestic channel orders and managing customer invoices. Krystal's background in customer service also includes a tenure as a Senior Channel Customer Service Specialist at Ipswitch, specializing in distributor orders for the File Transfer and WhatsUp Gold product lines. Earlier roles include supporting FTP customers and processing orders at Ipswitch File Transfer and a position as a Front Desk Receptionist at Staples.
