Michael Slovak is currently the Associate General Counsel and Head of Corporate Legal at Progress Software Corporation, a position held since 2025. Previously, Michael served as an Associate at DLA Piper from 2021 to 2025, specializing in Public/Private M&A and Equity Capital Markets. Earlier in their career, Michael worked as a Law Clerk at Kluk Farber Law from 2018 to 2020 and as a Sales Group Manager at Talener from 2012 to 2017. Michael earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Boston College in 2012 and a Doctor of Law from Fordham University School of Law in 2020, and is admitted to practice law in New York and Florida.
