Nina Nakova

Nina Nakova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer advocacy, collections, and billing inquiries. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Advocate at Progress since May 2023, Nina has previously held leadership roles at GTT from February 2018 to May 2023, including Team Leader for Collections and Billing Inquiries in the UK and Corporate Collector. Prior to GTT, Nina spent over a decade at VIVACOM in various capacities such as Central Support Specialist and Back Office Specialist, along with positions at Pepsi-Cola Bulgaria as a Sales Administrator and at the Ministry of Education and Science in Bulgaria as a Mayor Specialist. Nina holds a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in International Tourism from the International Business School in Bulgaria.
