Oanh Nguyen

Oanh Nguyen, MSOD, PHR, CPC, serves as the Global HR Business Partner Director at Progress since April 2017, providing strategic HR partnership to C-level executives and senior leaders. With a background in various HR roles, Oanh has developed customized HR solutions, facilitated talent management programs, and managed complex immigration cases while supporting over 600 employees across the Americas. Oanh's experience includes HR leadership at The Jefferson Hotel and The Liaison, as well as coordination of training and development at the National Institutes of Health. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University, along with graduate studies in Human Resources Management at Georgetown University and dual undergraduate degrees in International Business and Psychology from the University of Maryland.
