Pavel Minarik has held various leadership roles in the technology industry. Pavel began their career as an IT Manager at Liga vozickaru in 2004 and later joined Masaryk University as a Senior Researcher in 2007. In 2009, Pavel became the Managing Director & CTO at AdvaICT, a.s. Pavel then served as the Chief Technology Officer at Flowmon Networks from 2013 to 2021. In 2021, Pavel held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Kemp before transitioning to their current role as VP, Technology at Progress.
Pavel Minarik obtained a Ph.D. in Information Technology from Masaryk University Faculty of Informatics, where they studied from 2006 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Mgr. degree in Information systems at Masaryk University Brno, spanning from 2000 to 2005.
