Prabhu Jha

Prabhu Jha is a seasoned Technical Program Manager and Principal at Progress since July 2022, with a strong background in managing and mentoring software development teams to drive corporate objectives. Previously, Prabhu served as Delivery Leader for Technical Programs at JK Tech USA Inc from February 2019 to July 2022, focusing on improving Agile processes and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to that, Prabhu was Delivery Leader for Portfolio & Programs at JK Technosoft Limited from December 2016 to January 2019, where coaching and professional development were key responsibilities. Prabhu's career at JK Technosoft Limited began in November 2006 as Manager for Program & Projects, overseeing program execution and stakeholder management. Prabhu holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from Gulbarga University.
