Reid Gray

Reid Gray has over 20 years of experience in technical writing and program management. Reid most recently worked as a Principal Information Developer at Progress since 2019. Prior to that, they were a Principal Technical Writer at Ipswitch, Inc. from 2015 to 2019. Reid also has experience working as a Software Technical Writer at Bose Corporation, a Sr Programming Writer/Program Manager II at Microsoft, and a Senior Technical Writer at Interactive Supercomputing. Reid has worked in various industries including software development, search engines, and streaming media.

Reid Gray holds a Graduate Certificate in Security Studies from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Reid also has a Bachelor of Science (BSIT) degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with two majors: English (Writing Concentration) and Philosophy, both from the same university. In addition, they obtained a Certificate in UNIX/Linux Operating Systems from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2003 and became a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist in September 2019 through Acclaim Badging.
