Sathya Narayanan U S has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Sathya has held various leadership roles in prominent companies such as Progress, Automation Anywhere, Replicon, AAyuja Inc., Keynote Systems, Akamai Technologies, Microsoft, Dell, and Intel.

In their most recent role as Senior Director of Sales at Progress, Sathya is responsible for leading the sales team. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Inside Sales & Biz Dev at Automation Anywhere, where they built a global cross-functional organization and significantly scaled the team while achieving doubled targets and attainments.

As the Vice President of Sales at Replicon, Sathya successfully built and sustained a successful team focused on SMB sales, implementing sales management practices and strategic initiatives. Sathya also served as the Managing Director at AAyuja Inc., where they grew revenues by acquiring new clients and heading marketing and sales initiatives.

At Keynote Systems, Sathya held the role of Director of Global Sales & Services and India General Manager. Sathya built cross-functional teams, handled lead generation and account management, and mentored the team on effective use of CRM and research tools.

In their earlier roles, Sathya worked as a Client Relationship Manager at Akamai Technologies, where they managed end-to-end business cycles for clients in North America and secured upselling and cross-selling opportunities. At Microsoft, they served as a Partner Engagement Manager, piloting an inside sales team and driving technology adoption. Sathya also worked as a Senior TSE at Dell and as a Channel Marketing Specialist at Intel.

Sathya Narayanan U S completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in IT from Anna University between 2001 and 2005. Later, from 2007 to 2009, Sathya Narayanan pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) in Sales and Marketing from Annamalai University. Additionally, Sathya Narayanan holds a certification as an Advanced RPA Professional from Automation Anywhere.
