Shalini Thakkur

Shalini Thakkur has extensive work experience, starting with their current role as a Principal Technical Program Manager at Progress since October 2020. Previously, they worked as a Senior Technical Program Manager at RiskSense, Inc. from October 2018 to July 2020. Prior to that, Shalini held positions at McAfee, where they served as a Technical Program Manager from July 2015 to September 2018 and a Principal Technical Writer from December 2010 to June 2015. Shalini'scareer in technical writing began at Triumph India Software Services from August 2004 to May 2006, and they started their professional journey as a Technical Support Executive at DELL International Services from May 2003 to July 2004.

Shalini Thakkur completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics from Visvesvaraya Technological University in 2002. Shalini then pursued a Post Graduate degree in Instructional Design from Symbiosis, Pune between 2008 and 2010. Additionally, they obtained a Science (PCMB) degree from Bangurnagar Junior College, Dandeli from 1994 to 1996 and completed their 10th standard education at Janata Vidyalaya from 1992 to 1994.
