Steve A Marshall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cloud operations and technical support. Currently serving as the Director of Cloud Product Operations at Progress Software since May 2019, Steve leads a centralized CloudOps team focused on transforming cloud infrastructure and operations, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements. Prior to this role, Steve held various positions at Ipswitch, Inc., culminating in the Directorship of Cloud Operations before its acquisition by Progress Software. Steve’s experience also includes roles at Fidelity National Information Services and Verizon Wireless, complemented by a B.S. in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University. Additionally, Steve contributed to community service as a Volunteer Firefighter with the Waunakee Fire Department.
