Steve Southwell is an experienced professional with a multifaceted background in technology and consulting. Currently serving as Treasurer and board member for Lewisville Park Alliance since May 2023, Southwell also works as Principal Consultant and Tech Lead at Progress since November 2019. As a co-founder of Old Town Brass Band, Southwell reignited a passion for music after a 30-year hiatus. Previous roles include Owner of SagePost, Inc., Senior Consultant at Progress Bravepoint, and Publisher for The Lewisville Texan Journal. Southwell has contributed to numerous notable projects as a Senior Programmer at Thomson Reuters and Senior Web Solutions Consultant at BravePoint, Inc. Additionally, Southwell’s extensive expertise in web solutions includes the development of an influential wholesale mortgage website for American Home Mortgage.
