Subhash Menon

Subhash Menon currently serves as the Senior Director of Technical Services at Progress, a position held since December 2020, following the acquisition of Chef.io. Prior to this, Subhash was the Vice President of Services at Kaseya for six years, overseeing the P&L of the Managed Services Offering and leading a team to enhance service delivery and customer support. Subhash's career also includes significant roles at Salesforce, where a Senior Manager position involved building the first Salesforce Support Operations in India and expanding it to a 24x7 support center. Earlier experience includes positions at Dimdim, CSC, and Mahindra British Telecom, where Subhash developed expertise in technical support, project management, and software engineering. Subhash holds an Engineer’s Degree from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavans Sardar Patel College Of Engineering.
