Theodora Dimova

Theodora Dimova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Experience & Operations at Progress since February 2021, Theodora previously held various HR-related positions at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company and sanofi-aventis, where responsibilities included business partnership and organizational development. Theodora began a career in training at BTC and Sanita Business Center for Training and Development, developing foundational skills in employee training and development. Theodora holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Economy, Varna, earned between 1995 and 2001.
