David Donovan

David Donovan has a strong background in IT, with experience in leadership roles and consultancy work. David is currently working as a Senior Director of IT at Progressa since June 2017. Prior to that, they founded and managed Fulcrum Solutions, an IT consultancy serving the contact center, automotive, and retail industries. At Fulcrum Solutions, they implemented cost-saving measures and designed an Asterisk platform to win a new client. From 2006 to 2012, David worked as an IT Manager at Nuvo Research, where they managed global IT operations and implemented server virtualization, WAN infrastructure improvements, and strategic cloud migration. Before that, they served as an IT Director at Datacom, overseeing IT staff and call centers, and played a pivotal role in developing a custom CRM package and providing technical support. David started their career as a Help Desk Analyst at MDA (Formerly SPAR Aerospace), where they provided support and developed a network monitoring application.

David Donovan attended Sheridan College from 1995 to 1998, where they pursued a Diploma in Systems Analyst (Co-Op). Prior to that, from 1994 to 1995, they attended Nipissing University and completed first year courses in Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Discrete/Logic, Physics, and Psychology.
