Jocelyn Hill

Jocelyn Hill has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on people and culture. Jocelyn has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Jocelyn began their career in 2004 as a Human Resources Coordinator at AG Hair Cosmetics and later became a Human Resources Manager at AG Hair in 2010. Jocelyn then moved on to Donald's Fine Foods in 2014 as a Human Resources Manager before joining No Limits Group in 2016 as a Human Resources Director. In the same year, they also took on the role of Human Resources Director at Saxx Underwear Co, where they worked until 2019. Jocelyn then joined Progressa in 2019 as a Director of People and Culture, and eventually moved up to the position of VP of People and Culture. Since 2022, they have been serving as the VP of People and Operations at Progressa. Their work experience showcases their expertise in leading and managing people-related functions within organizations.

Jocelyn Hill completed their education at the British Columbia Institute of Technology where they obtained a degree in Human Resources Management in 2012. In addition, they obtained the CPHR certification from the Human Resources Management Association (HRMA).
