Richa Joshi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Richa is currently employed at Progressa as a Financial Services Professional. Prior to this, they worked at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc. as a Cashier Customer Service from January 2019 to July 2020.

In 2016, Richa joined Navayuvak Entrepreneurs Pvt. Ltd. where they held the position of Senior Program Manager. In this role, they focused on strengthening partnerships with investors, entrepreneurship cells, and the startup ecosystem in India. Richa also collaborated with other organizations and ecosystem players to create startup programs and hosted annual conferences to raise awareness among students about resources available for them to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams.
