Progressing Forward, LLC is a strategic consulting firm led by Dr. Roque Diaz that specializes in equity-centered solutions for nonprofits, educational institutions, and corporations. We help mission-driven organizations build capacity, develop culturally responsive strategies, and navigate today’s evolving social and political landscapes.

As a first-generation, neurodivergent Puerto Rican leader and certified DEI practitioner, Dr. Diaz brings over 20 years of experience to each engagement—combining lived experience, data, and strategic insight to help organizations move from transactional efforts to transformative outcomes.

Whether we are leading learning cohorts, facilitating equity audits, coaching executives, or designing strategic action plans, our goal is simple: to help people and organizations thrive with integrity, inclusion, and impact.
