With extensive experience in human resources, including roles as Human Resource Manager at Ferro Corporation and consultant at Corning Incorporated, Raymond has led large-scale layoffs and understands the complexities of a multi-generational workforce. His leadership has resulted in Careerminds being recognized by the Inc5000 as one of the fastest-growing privately held companies, with a remarkable 99% satisfaction rate among participants.
