Crystal Lester

Crystal Lester is a seasoned architectural professional with a comprehensive background in project management and architectural design. Currently serving as Program Leader for National Automotive Programs at Progressive AE since March 2015, Crystal oversees the delivery, quality, profitability, staffing, and client satisfaction for automotive client portfolios and programs. Previously, Crystal held the title of Senior Architect Project Manager at Progressive AE, where responsibilities included team management, client engagement, and project execution within quality, budget, and schedule constraints. Crystal's career includes experience as an Architectural Project Manager at ai Design Group, an Architect at BB+M Architecture, and a LEED Accredited Professional at Furr & Wegman Architects. Crystal holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture, both from the University of Florida.
