Rand Harder is an accomplished Senior Design Architect currently at Progressive AE since October 2022 and the Founder and Principal of Rand Design Studio since June 2020. With a robust background in architecture, Rand previously served as Design Architect at Dorsky Yue International from September 2010 to March 2020 and held the position of Principal and Director of Design at Reztark Design Studio from October 2009 to October 2010. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Design at FRCH Design Worldwide, Senior Design Associate at Hobbs + Black Architects, and Senior Design Architect at JPRA Architects. Rand holds a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University.
