Steve Saltsman

Steve Saltsman is an experienced MEP BIM Manager and Senior Mechanical Technician at Progressive AE since February 2012, specializing in the setup and development of BIM standards and creating smart schedules and families for MEP disciplines. Saltsman has a proven track record of fostering synergy between engineers and holds a Revit Architecture Certified Professional designation. Prior to this role, a significant tenure at URS Corporation included positions as CAD Manager and Senior Engineering Technician, where responsibilities involved establishing standards, creating custom routines, and coordinating mechanical system layouts with various engineering disciplines. Earlier experience as a Project Coordinator at Plant Specialties Company involved generating bills of materials and providing manufacturing support. Saltsman holds a Bachelor's degree in General Education from Aquinas College, completed in 1991, and graduated from East Grand Rapids High School in 1987.
