Kristin G.

Kristin G. is a seasoned talent manager with extensive experience in recruiting and staffing. Since January 2013, Kristin has worked as a recruiter for Progressive Components, managing the full-cycle recruiting process to meet staffing needs across multiple locations for the leading global ISO distributor of components in the production tooling industry. Prior to this role, Kristin served as a contract recruiter from 2005 to 2012, conducting proactive global recruiting for various corporate positions, including medical sales and human resources. Kristin also has a background in education, having worked as a special education resource teacher and case manager for Chicago Public Schools from 2003 to 2005, where involvement in problem-solving committees and individual education plan meetings took place. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Northeastern Illinois University.
