Progressive Components
Peter Friddle has held various leadership positions throughout their work experience. Peter recently served as the Vice President at Progressive Components, where they focused on aligning business units and developing strategic partnerships. Additionally, they were the General Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Peter held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Petstages. Peter also served as the President at Henri Studio, where they oversaw the division's operations, sales, and marketing activities. Furthermore, Peter worked as the VP Operations at L.R. Nelson, Asia, managing the start-up of the Asian manufacturing facility. Peter has also held roles such as Vice President Operations and Distribution Manager at L.R. Nelson Corporation, along with being the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at L.R. Nelson. Peter began their career at Newell Window Furnishings, where they served as a New Product Development Team Manager, Production Superintendent, and Senior Engineer. Peter also gained leadership exposure at Revere Ware Corporation as a Production Supervisor.
Peter Friddle attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering. From 1997 to 2000, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration at Columbia College. Later, in 2000, they enrolled at Bradley University and completed their Master of Business Administration degree in 2003.

Progressive Components, headquartered near Chicago, Illinois, develops and distributes components for the production tooling industry. Off-the-shelf standards designed to speed mold building and reduce costs and downtime are provided throughout a network of locations including regional hubs in England and Singapore. In addition to direct locations, channel partner representation ranges from India to South Africa, from Italy to Taiwan, and all points in between.
