Jerry Elfassy

Jerry Elfassy has over 35 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Jerry began their career in 1985 as an Instructor and Systems Analyst at the New York School of Computer Technology. In 1986, they joined The Fur Vault as a Help Desk Supervisor, Technical Support, and Communications Analyst. From 1989 to 1990, they worked at Paragon Business Systems as a Project Manager, Apparel Systems / Accounting Trainer, and Documentation Author. During this time, they also worked at Progressive Consulting as Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, managing a team of Project Managers, Sales Executives, Network Administrators, and Desktop Support staff. From 1990 to 2021, they worked at Theta Software as Support Manager and Implementation Specialist, providing technical direction, leadership, and mentoring. Since 2021, they have been the President of the Westbury Carle Place Chamber of Commerce.

Jerry Elfassy studied Computer Science at the New York Institute of Technology and went on to earn a degree in Computer Science from Queens College, with a focus in Business and Marketing.
