Progressive Design-Build Consulting, LLC provides support to public owners who undertake alternative delivery projects, with a specific emphasis on progressive design-build.  Robynne Thaxton started the firm in 2018 to expand the legal services she provided through her law firm to consulting in other states and internationally.  After retiring as the Chief Development Officer at San Francisco Airport, Geoff Neumayr joined PDBC in September 2024.  In November 2024, Becky Blankenship joined PDBC.  Together, they have unprecedented experience in developing, procuring, and implementing alternative delivery projects.  PDBC is a certified WBE/DBE by the Washington State Office of Minority and Business Enterprises.
