Arvind Agarwal is Progressive’s General Manager – Finance, a fellow chartered accountant who holds overall responsibility for financial strategy, financial operations and accounts. He has a breadth of experience in all aspects of finance, management, accounting and reporting and setting the accounting policies and directing the team. He is also chartered with managing a balanced financial portfolio and maintaining the highest level of integrity, transparency and governance in the company operations. Arvind is in-charge for funds mobilization to enable the rapid growth of Progressive. He is also an expert at handling legal issues and has played a key role in redefining Service Level Agreements (SLAs). He possesses vast knowledge on financial management, banking, treasury, budgeting, risk management and fund raising activities. His proactive nature and ready to help attitude, ensures smooth financial operations internally as well as externally.
