Currently serving as the Director of Sales for the South Region at Progressive Leasing, Jay has a proven track record of spearheading sales organizations, executing go-to-market strategies, and developing team skills to achieve growth goals. Previously, Jay held senior roles at Electrolux, where responsibilities included establishing key OEM relationships and driving market share growth in the rent-to-own industry. With further experience at LG Electronics, Electrolux Major Appliances, General Electric, and Altria, Jay has consistently demonstrated the ability to increase profitable market share and manage high-value accounts. Jay holds a BBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Georgia and a Master of Science in Management from Faulkner University.
