Luna Dollar

Luna Dollar, MBA, currently serves as an Enterprise Project Manager at Progressive Leasing, beginning in August 2021. In this role, Luna implements and facilitates stakeholder ownership of business objectives while managing cross-functional teams to introduce a new backend SMS feature aimed at enhancing scalability and customer growth. Prior to this, Luna was a Consultant and Project Manager at Rural Sourcing from June 2018 to August 2021, successfully engineering and delivering a multi-tenant CRM/ERP system and transitioning clients from Waterfall to Agile methodologies. Luna holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior from UNM Anderson School of Management and a degree in Family and Child Studies from The University of New Mexico.
