Tim Bauer

Tim Bauer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tim started their career at Sightpath Medical in 2001, where they held multiple positions including Scheduling Manager and Operations & Support Specialist. During their time there, they were responsible for project leading a custom scheduling program, providing support for software and hardware, maintaining and repairing medical devices, and handling administrative tasks such as purchase agreements and inventory management. After leaving Sightpath Medical in 2010, Tim worked as a roofing technician at Peck Roofing LLC, where they inspected and repaired roofs and led a team when necessary. Tim also owned a business called A Roof Above LLC while studying as an IT Network Specialist student at WITC Superior. In 2018, Tim joined Progressive Rail Incorporated as a Senior Associate IT, where they performed sys admin duties, trained and supported users, troubleshooted network and hardware issues, and worked with remote locations. Tim then took over the role of Director of Information Technology, adding administrative responsibilities in all areas of IT.

Tim Bauer earned their Associate's degree in Information Technology from Northwood Technical College from 2015 to 2018.
