Matthew Young, MBA, is an experienced professional in the roofing and construction industry, currently serving as General Manager at Progressive Roofing since April 2024. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions as Sr. Project Manager at Big-D Signature from June 2022 to April 2024, and Division Manager at Flynn Group of Companies between July 2019 and June 2022, where Matthew also served as Project Manager. Matthew's career began at Quality Roofing Systems, where Matthew advanced to the role of Vice President from August 2012 to July 2019. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of New Haven, earned in 2015, and a degree in Construction Management from Utah Valley University, obtained in 2000.
