Todd Barker

Todd Barker, PMP has extensive experience in the IT industry. Todd currently holds the position of Director of IT at Progressive Roofing. Prior to this, they worked as the IT Program Manager at Maricopa County Department of Transportation from 2017 to 2022. Before that, Todd served as a Consultant, managing various projects, from 2015 to 2017. Todd also held the role of CIO / Director of Information Technology at Ryley Carlock & Applewhite from 2012 to 2015. Todd began their career at Sundt Construction as an IT Project Manager, Business Analyst, and IS Regional Manager from 2000 to 2011. Todd also gained experience as a Support Specialist at Welch Allyn and Kreativ, Inc. Todd's expertise includes overseeing IT operations, managing projects, vendor relations, service/support, infrastructure, compliance, disaster recovery, and data storage.

Todd Barker, PMP obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Psychology from Oregon State University, where they studied from 1992 to 1998. In May 2017, they also obtained the PMP - Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
