Progressive Talent Solutions (PTS) is a boutique ABA recruiting firm trusted by the industry’s most discerning providers and professionals. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all hiring. Instead, we offer a refined, behaviorally-informed process that prioritizes quality, alignment, and long-term impact.

For our clients, we operate as strategic hiring partners—bringing deep ABA insight, process precision, and a curated approach to talent acquisition. From RBTs to BCBAs, we help build high-integrity teams that are clinically sound, operationally sustainable, and built to last. Helping ABA companies bloom through strategic recruiting isn’t just our tagline—it’s our commitment.

For candidates, we open doors to organizations that don’t just hire—they invest. Every opportunity we present is carefully vetted to ensure the culture, leadership, and clinical model align with your goals, values, and strengths.

At PTS, our approach to ABA hiring is rooted in strategy and blooms with results—because the right match drives retention, strengthens care, and transforms outcomes for the clients and families we all serve.
