Tracy Spencer

Tracy Spencer currently serves as the RMR Service Manager at Progressive Technologies, a position held since March 2022. In addition, Tracy has been a Missionary at Rooftop Covenant Mission since May 2016. Prior experience includes roles at ADT Commercial from November 2019 to February 2022, starting as a Commercial Service Sales Representative, later transitioning to Commercial Service Supervisor, and finally serving as Service Administrator for RMR Services. Responsibilities encompassed managing Life Safety and Security Inspection databases, overseeing technician supervision, customer relationship management, and fiscal accountability. Tracy also held the position of Service Manager at ArCom Systems from November 2010 to May 2016.
